About The Teacher

Leah Graham is a Yogi with a life long practice and a strong following of dedicated students. Leah started practicing yoga and meditation with her parents as a child and began attending yoga classes at age 13. Her unique style of teaching and coaching makes people from all walks of life feel comfortable and uplifted. She facilitates healing, growth and transformation in her classes, retreats and private sessions, using traditional yogic practices from India and Japan.

What people say about Leah…

“If you want to feel energized and grounded take one of Leah’s classes, she is a ray of sunshine in human form. Her classes are challenging and joyful and believe me you will never grin so much! I can’t rate her highly enough.”

“Your guidance through asanas has made me feel stronger, more flexible and given me a greater understanding of how my body works. You encourage us to improve at our own pace and capability, without competition! I love the balance of physical exercise, meditation and relaxation and always leave your class feeling renewed and positive.”

What Leah says about teaching yoga…

I teach everyone from celebrities to local pensioners, everyone is unique, but no one requires anything different. I just give them the key to open their heart and all the love and happiness they need is already within.
